Please read these carefully to ensure a satisfying transaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us prior to leaving your feedback. We will do everything possible to make sure your problem is rectified.
+ Payment of goods must be fully paid prior your order being shipped.
+ Product minimum quantities are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.
+ Prices of the products are not including GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless clearly stated otherwise. A tax invoice will be generated when you finalise your order to show the GST amount payable.
+ Product pricing may occasionally change without notice as displayed on our website.
+ Freight charges may apply to the customer depending on the order size and volume.
+ Ultimate Cake Group Pty Ltd will need to be notified in writing within 7 days from date of tax invoice for any freight damages/ incorrect goods or short deliveries. If you fail to notify us within this period you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
+ We will accept returns or exchange of any damaged or incorrect product delivery within the above time frame with prior notification and approval in writing by management at Ultimate Cake Group.
+ Goods returns will be the responsibility of the customer to organise and pay shipping costs unless the goods received deemed to be damaged or faulty.
+ In case of overdue account, goods will remain at Ultimate Cake Group premises until all monies owed have been paid.
+ The customer is liable for all out of pocket expenses and all other reasonable expenses should the customer not adhere to these terms, this includes any collection fees, commissions and/or legal fees charged to Ultimate Cake Group Pty Ltd by a third party to recover monies owed.
+ The Supplier is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by the Customer or any third party, including but not limited to loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill or any liability to any other party.
+ Customer must pay all owed monies to Ultimate Cake Group prior to making any legal changes to the business such as but not limited to changing business name, closing down or selling the business.
+ Accounts may be cancelled should the customer not adhere to these terms and conditions.
